When you connect your Google account, we request access to:

• Google Calendar event data (event titles, times, participants, descriptions, availability status)

We use this information solely to:

• Identify available time slots in your calendar
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel meetings on your behalf
• Prevent scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate meetings with other participants

We do not access:

• Gmail content or email messages
• Google Drive files or documents
• Google Contacts (unless you explicitly enable this in future)
• Any Google data unrelated to calendar scheduling

3. How We Use Google User Data

Fluffy Mane uses Google user data exclusively to provide meeting scheduling and orchestration functionality.

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties
• Use Google user data for advertising purposes
• Use Google user data to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to scheduling
• Share Google user data with third parties except as required to provide the core scheduling service
• Transfer Google user data to others unless necessary to provide or improve the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with user notice)

4. Data Storage & Retention

We follow a data minimization approach and store only the minimum information necessary to operate the service.

Calendar data is:

• Processed in real-time to determine availability and coordinate meetings
• Cached temporarily to improve performance (typically less than 24 hours)
• Not permanently stored except for scheduling records necessary to maintain meeting history

Account data: We store your email address, account creation date, and service preferences for as long as your account is active.

Deletion: Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@fluffymane.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Period.

We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use secure third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database services) to operate the service. These providers process data only on our instructions and under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
